FREE DENTAL SERVICES FOR CHILDREN
For children up to 18 years of age from the state budget:
dental treatment (once a year)
dental hygiene (up to twice a year)
MATERIALS, TECHNOLOGY, EQUIPMENT
We use only high quality materials and modern equipment. At the clinic, we only use the materials and technologies in whose efficiency and safety we are confident.
Problem. Chronic periodontal disease cannot be fought solely by therapeutic methods and oral cavity hygiene. Hygienists thoroughly and professionally clean external surface of tooth only. This is because the right to touch anything beyond the gums is the exclusive dentists' privilege. The main causes of the disease are hidden under the gums – those are subgingival calculus and bacteria in the periodontal pockets.
Therapy. Using VECTOR equipment, periodontal pockets are fully washed and the bacteria causing the disease are destroyed.
The newest VECTOR method includes a whole number of advantages in comparison with the mechanical cleaning of the periodontal pockets used before. Possibility of tissue and teeth surfaces traumatisation is minimised. Another very important thing is that with VECTOR the entire initial interference can be performed during one visit. The treatment with VECTOR is virtually painless and in most cases anaesthetic is not required.
Clinical studies have proven that in comparison with other traditional methods VECTOR technology is the most effective as it significantly reduces depth of the periodontal pockets and improve gum strengthening process.
According to the specialists of the American Academy of Periodontology "tooth loss in some periodontal patients has been shown to be inversely proportional to the frequency of periodontal maintenance". Therefore, for the treatment to be effective, regular maintenance treatment using VECTOR equipment is necessary: periodontal pocket reinfection control and preventive measures.
CONSULTATION, COMPREHENSIVE DIAGNOSTIC
The treatment plan will help you predict the time required for treatment and know how much money you will need to recover your health. Thanks to this, you will be able to plan your time more rationally: the number of visits to the dentist, as well as their duration (one or two hours).
ARTISTIC DENTAL RESTORATION
Tooth reshaping, teeth row evening, gap or chip filling, restoration of the original colour of the teeth, occlusion correction. It all has become possible owing to the latest composite materials and dentist's skill. Now dentists have a wide range of colours available, the materials have high transparency and polished finish. Composite materials are based on inert microhybrids, which are connected to the tooth tissues chemically (which means super strong connection). Unlike the teeth with crowns, the restored teeth are easy treatable.
This method is based on implantation of a new tooth into bone tissue at the site of a once extracted tooth. When this method is used, adjacent teeth are not involved in the prosthetic process.
A modern kind of prosthetics with broad possibilities and high aesthetics. Valtplast prosthetics look good, as they have no metal hooks, which are normally used with other types of prosthetics. Owing to their design and materials, they are very strong and easy to use. They are perfect for the cases when one or two teeth have been lost and an implant cannot be inserted. Using this type of prosthetics it is not necessary to file away adjacent teeth.
Clinic "Elizabete" offers all kinds of parodontosis treatment with low-intensity lasers, regardless of disease age and duration, which provides high treatment efficiency and safety of the method.
The clinic also offers periodontitis – gum inflammation process, whose symptoms are similar to parodontitis after periodontitis transition in a lingering stage, treatment with a laser. Treatment with laser light, combined with medicinal preparations (laser phonophoresis) and other conservative therapy methods, eliminates precondition for further progression of the disease, as well as their main symptoms:
Gum redness and bleeding, tooth neck nudity;
Decongestants and sensitivity;
Soft tissue irritation and tooth pocket inflammation;
In case of noticing these symptoms need to urgently seek medical advice.
Tooth neck nudity that shows as sensitivity to hot and cold, painless tartar deposits and gingivitis indicates to periodontitis transition in the next stage - parodontitis, when are damaged bone and gum tissue. Untreatment of these two processes, can lead to tooth loss at an early age.
Laser light with its unique characteristics is able to stop the inflammatory process, eliminate the smallest blood vessels clots and restore interrupted blood flow, normalize metabolic processes in the gums at the cellular level, provide hundred percent elimination of pathogenic microflora. These first symptoms - blood on the toothbrush while brushing your teeth, gingival redness and soreness, dental plaque, indicates to the need to go for help. Laser therapy is able to provide this assistance.
By treatment with laser is completely eliminated the pathogenic microflora and purified periodonthal pockets, which is not possible nor with an apparatus, nor with a mechanical dental hygiene assistance. In the case you have left a small number of teeth, laser therapy is necessary for the binding apparatus strengthening, teeth root and soft tissue nutrition improvement, elimination of inflammation. All this facilitates the subsequent prosthetics.
Implantation, as in a normal prosthesis, has a direct indication of the need for laser treatment. Its purpose is to eliminate any possible complications after implant insertion.
Laser treatment is safe, painless, nontraumatic, without side effects and adverse effects, with a high degree of efficiency.
Parodontosis is difficult to cure, but can be stoped rapid development of the disease and can be achieved significant improvements which can be provided by laser therapy.
For more information on the use of laser therapy in dental diseases treatment can be obtained at the clinic, consulting with laser medicine doctor.
Therapy creating conditions for bone tissue regeneration.
Easy-graft is the first biomaterial injected into bone tissue defect directly from a syringe; it takes a couple of minutes to harden and creates a solid fill.
Tooth extraction. Complicated tooth extraction.
Problem. Tooth extraction does not only disturb the wholeness of the teeth row. It causes further problem, which makes any kind of prosthetic work much more difficult. It leads to the loss of bone tissue at the site of the extracted tooth in the jawbone (alveolar ridge). That process is irreversible and within three years after tooth extraction the amount of both tissue is reduced by 40-60%. It makes implantation significantly more difficult and sometimes even impossible. And not only the implantation! For example, almost every fourth patient cannot use removable prosthetic either, complaining about poor fixation, and that is also the consequence of the alveolar ridge atrophy.
Therapy. RootReplica is carried out straight after tooth extraction and therefore makes the atrophy development impossible. An implant, which is precise replica of the extracted tooth, is inserted into the fresh cavity. It is made of synthetic biomaterial within 5 minutes and tightly covers the damaged surface (thus also speeding up the healing process). As the implant precisely repeats the shape of the root of the extracted tooth, it preserves the anatomic shape of the alveolar ridge and ensures stability of the bone tissue and optimises the healing. Its main task is to create necessary conditions for the natural bone tissue regeneration. Within 6-9 months the implant would fully dissolve and be replaced by new regenerated bone tissue.
Such simple and easy treatment of cavities damaged after teeth extraction ensures ideal future conditions for any type of patient's orthopaedic rehabilitation.
The therapy has been developed by the leading dentists of University of Zurich continuously working together with Swiss biomaterials experts and has been successfully used since 1999.
DENTAL HYGIENE,PROFESSIONAL ORAL HYGIENE
How often should you get a professional teeth cleaning?
Once every six months – this allows you to timely prevent the development of oral diseases at the early stages and reduce treatment costs
Before starting dental treatment:
Preventive procedures will positively affect the condition of the teeth, and this is a very important point in the process of placing a filling.
The absence of dental deposits (pigment) will allow the dentist to detect caries at an early stage
After hygiene, it is easier to choose the shade of the filling and provide a longer guarantee for the work done.
If there are any structures in the mouth (braces, crowns, bridges, implants, veneers).
If you smoke, drink coffee, tea, wine.
If you want to slightly lighten your teeth and make your smile even more attractive
Professional oral hygiene includes:
Removing pigmented calculus with the Air Flow apparatus (especially from hard-to-reach spots)
Removing hard dental deposits with an ultrasonic scaler and hand tools.
Polishing teeth and fillings.
Conditioning the teeth with special pastes (remineralization by fluoride-releasing materials).
To relieve pain, the hygienist uses various methods of anaesthesia.
The hygienist will not only clean your teeth, but will also conduct a thorough examination of the oral cavity and select the best dental care products for your teeth.
In our clinic, these procedures are carried out by our certified hygienist Oksana Virko, who has 15 years of experience in the field.
